  • Sharded the test suite to roughly halve CI time, with combined coverage reports.
  • Added a guard that fails CI when a test file isn’t assigned to any job - it caught tests that had silently stopped running.
  • Audited the runnable cookbook examples and fixed stale APIs, async database patterns and knowledge loading.
  • Rewrote authorization tests to exercise the real request path.
  • Automated code review: a Claude Code system with specialized reviewer agents that reviewed every pull request; later tuned to run on request (@claude review) to cut noise.
